Welcome to Happyhome By accessing or Using our Mobile Application Happyhome you Agree to be Bound by the Following Terms and Conditions. If you do not Agree to any Part of these Terms, Please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our application Happyhome, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration
- You may be required to register an account to use certain features.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use.
3. Products & Services
- All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Product images may differ slightly from the actual item due to screen display or packaging updates.
- All product details, price, weight, expiry date are available on the front page and product details page. Please read the product details carefully before ordering. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for product-related issues.
- If the product is not in good condition or if there is any damage, please contact the company within 24 to 48 hours. After that, the company will not be responsible.
- If the product and packaging are in good condition but there is an internal issue (e.g., color, smell, or taste), contact the company within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the company is not responsible. These are food products packed by the factory and cannot be opened in advance.
- All product prices include VAT (15%).
4. Order & Payment
- Payment must be made through the provided secure methods.
- We accept cash on delivery, machine payment, and wallet points. Credit/Debit cards and Apple Pay may be added soon.
- Each point in the user’s wallet is equal to one Riyal. Points can only be used by the user and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account.
- The company cannot change a customer’s order without consent.
- Once an order is placed, the customer cannot change it. To modify the order, they must cancel and place a new one.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
- We offer free delivery for orders above 299. This is subject to change and may vary with promotions.
- Delivery day and time will be shown at checkout and may vary due to external conditions like weather, traffic, or accidents.
- If delivery is delayed by 24 hours, we will compensate the customer with points for future use.
- If an order is not received within 2 days, the company reserves the right to cancel the order due to food spoilage risk.
- If you want to keep only part of your order, partial returns are not supported. You must cancel the entire order.
- For customers placing more than 2 orders in a single day, only the first order qualifies for free delivery. A 50% delivery fee will apply to additional orders.
6. Return & Refund Policy
- You may return the product within 24 hours of receipt. After that, the company will not accept returns due to the perishable nature of the product.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Damaged products will not be accepted for return.
- If the product was delivered in good condition but the customer wants to return it, delivery charges will apply. If the product is defective, return is free.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of wallet points after product inspection and approval.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the platform including logos, images, product descriptions, and software is owned or licensed by Happyhome.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without permission.
